The U-Haul truck did not have any gas in it when we picked the truck up. We reserved a furniture hand truck that was not in the U-Haul truck at the time of pick up. The personnel at Anita's Barber Shop were not helpful.

Unfriendly and did not even bother to check my truck back in so U-Haul called me days later thinking I still had it.
Giselle WWe had a lot of difficulties in getting the truck. They have no agent on site and internet / phone coverage was terrible. It took over 40 minutes to get truck.
