The vehicle was not at the location. I was sent to another location without a customer service office. This delayed me by hours and i will not rent from UHAUL again.

The locker code was wrong. We had to try different numbers to find the correct answer. The app said it is 6404 but it was 6405. The app was not useful either. As it suggested for us to talk to Uhual office while the office was closed.
MohammadEhsan AEverything was great but I will say the returns process is not easy and the live agents you can chat with on line are not helpful at all.
