Timothy DUpgrade website, react more promptly,make an intelligent decision. After waiting for 2 1/2 , as well holding up six friends and family members the truck arrived and we didn't have much choice but to take it immediately. Storage personnel were best part of this stressful and awful experience.
Dennis MMy only complaint is that we did not get the 10 foot that we asked for, we ended up getting a 15 foot, you said a 10 foot was not available and that you upgraded us for free, but that was not an upgrade for us - we did not have enough stuff to securely load into a 15 foot, it took more gas and was not as easy to drive as a smaller vehicle - I do think we should have been given a bit of a discount.
Lawrence MIt must've been after hours but there was no clear process for dropping the vehicle back off. I did not want to have to download an app. When I downloaded the app it was extremely slow uploading the photos. There should be instructions printed on the receipt on how to return a vehicle when you are finished with the rental and I think there should be a clear option on your webpage for returning for those of us that rented a vehicle for a few hours to move then wanted to return it quickly after a rigorous move. The process was inefficient.
