Your app is really bad. It kept taking me back to step one when filling out the return thing. I know it wasn't my phone because I tried on two other phones, and only one of them worked. Ultimately had to use the website because the one phone that could get past step 1 in the app, couldn't get the photos to verify, even though they were clear as day, and when we took basically the same photo on the website, it worked. Terrible app. Absolutely horrid. Almost put me off of U-Haul all together. Y'all (being the website and company, not this U-Haul guy) shove this app down my throat, then it barely works. Super fun stuff. The ONLY thing that brought me back was the guy running the U-Haul place there. I called him at 11pm (after his reported hours) and he picked up almost immediately, and gladly helped me figure it all out. Real cool guy. Anyway yeah. For the sake of your customers, please fix the app.
