I ordered 6 furniture pads, was charged for 5, and received none! No contact info to report the issue, and no one called to go over the order as the contract stated when I placed the order. Also would have been nice to know that I needed to be there early to input info for the drivers. It was only when I started the truck pick up process that arriving up to an hour early was mentioned!

Rob MI was charged for 5 gallons of gas... I only drove 20 miles... Apparently this truck which you say on your website gets approximately 10mpg... gets less than half... Thats a large difference.
