Worst experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was horrible, and it felt like no one wanted to do their job. I was charged twice and had to deal with multiple issues on my moving day. They called me before my scheduled pickup time and told me to pick up the truck at a different location for a discounted price. It took forever for them to even tell me the exact location. When I arrived, the discount was not applied, and I was charged the full price. Then, about an hour later, a U-Haul representative called and told me that I had not been dispatched correctly and that they needed to charge me again using a different card. All of this happened on my moving day, when I was already exhausted, stressed, and nervous. This experience made an already overwhelming day even worse. Very disappointing customer service and very poor handling of the entire situation. Both locations are in Katy Tx, 77493 & 77494
