Very friendly staff
CARL CObtain all the information you need using the Uhaul app. I was supposed to be able to pick up the Uhaul without going to the counter. However, when I arrived, I was greeted by someone who then asked for my daughters name and phone number and my wife’s name and phone number and said that this was a new thing that Uhaul is collecting. There was no clear explanation but we provided that information. This didn’t sit well with me. Had there been a place on my Uhaul app that explained why that information was needed and then asked to provide those names and numbers, I would have felt better. Hope you guys change that soon.
