maria cThe check-in personnel at Happy Tires were very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed at U-Haul Corporate Office for the turn-in process. U-Haul personnel at "1-800-GO-UHAUL helped me out significantly by extending an extra day for turn-in, due to the tire Blow-out issue noted in the first section, my turn-in location was changed from Montgomery, TX to Tomball, TX WITHOUT my knowledge. U-Haul filed to communicate this major point to me. This 20 mile error was a major inconvenience, especially when I already drove 15 miles to get to the first site in Montgomery TX. The re-assignment of drop-off points was very disappointing, and I probably will not use U-Haul again.
THOMAS DHappy tire was in a major rush doing paperwork. When I was how long the rental would be for he still put 2 days down when I clearly said 3 multiple times. He then called me on day 3 before I returned the trailer and asked when I was bringing it back. I was then told that he really needed the trailer. I explained to him when I was returning trailer then got the same questions when I brought trailer back to location.
