The location is easy to find. The truck was tucked between the building and another vehicle. The lockbox worked fine and we were able to access the truck. The gear we had rented was not in the vehicle, but we had booked late the night before and it was a Sunday. There was also no fuel in the vehicle so we had to take a trip to the local fuel station to put 1/4 tank in. On our return, we had a chat with the staff and they were understanding and helpful. I called UHaul to explain the shortcomings and hopefully they will provide a discount for the kit that was not there.
