Location was OK; problem is U-haul's process, and the lack of explanation of it: 1. The location had no way of uploading my driver's license as you require. I had to take my own photos and send them via your link sent to my phone. This should have been explained up-front. 2. When I arrived at the location, the person who handled the reservation handed me a cel phone to talk to someone else, who asked for "another responsible person." When I nominated my wife, they said they already had her listed, but (inexplicably) required yet another. Why is this?! 3. The location was closed when I turned in the trailer, so my expectation of turning in the equipment in-person was not met; the "remote" process for doing so was not made clear on your website so I was unprepared for the requirement to do this on my phone.

Brian KOpened 30 minutes late. Did not know I was "switched" by Uhaul to this location. Preferred location is 1/2 mile from home. This pick up location was about 15 miles away.
ERIC JThere was no one there to get the truck to me and the key box was next to impossible to get into. But the worst part of my experience had nothing to do with this location itself. The main problem was that U-Haul rented a truck to me and changed the pickup spot at the last minute to a place in the middle of nowhere 45 minutes away. And then there were no moving pads despite the fact that I had rented them. Not this location’s fault however. Strictly U-Haul corporate’s fault. Last time I will ever rent from U-Haul.
