Happy to arrange a specific time to meet with representative was annoying. I should be able to access this from my phone. Additionally I was charged for 2 days when the van was clearly returned well within the 24 hour. Again because there was no one present at side I assume they were unable to document that. I received a bill saying the van and to return after 7 p.m. but I could guarantee this on the lot at 130. I am sure the local cameras would confirm that
