Have better rate options for long distance moves. $300 is a bit much for mileage. I need to do this again in 2 weeks but will be looking elsewhere

More staff available on location

There was a long wait and only one employee working. Mirror was broken on drivers side of truck. I ordered blankets and a dolly but when I arrived was told that that location didn't offer them. I didn't need the stress of trying to figure out how to then get them on my moving day.

In our case, they needed another associate available at the desk to check people in. We waited an hour in line, even though our truck was ready to go, because the two people in front of us had reservation issues.

Great service. Picked up my truck 7:30 on Sat morning and it was ready to go. Fuel was at 7/8ths of a tank and I had the dollys I had ordered online. Drop off was even easier - quick handoff of keys and I was in my way. Very helpful staff working that day. Thank you!

Clean Urine out of trucks Don't switch location of pick up last minute in -30 weather to an injured person, requiring them to go across city at their expense Quote price not same as what was charged- almost $200.00 more. Getting a larger truck is NOT an upgrade Provide invoice and receipt!

My reservation had been inputted wrong and therefore there wasn’t a vehicle at the location I requested. I waited just under an hour to get a vehicle which made me late for my appointment. I was also told gas was at 3/4 tank but it was below that. I called head office to complain but was told “human error” happens. Not a satisfactory response or solution. I wasn’t offered the $50 which in my opinion I should receive.

The two staff could NOT have been any less personable, short or rude! Me and my partner were literally stunned. Really really unimpressed

Had a rear tire with low air, check oil signal going off, and driver door wouldn’t close properly. Otherwise good experience. Nice guys.

we went to this location because it was the most convenient, but we definitely should not have. We reserved 3 Dolly’s because we were moving with only 2 people, when we got there we were told they didn’t have Dolly’s... DONT ASVERTISE FOR THEM IF YOU DONT HAVE THEM. The van we had should not have been on the roads either, almost no traction on the tires, and it was not driving properly at all. The inside was dirty, spilled coffee, cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. We were also given a truck that only had 1/8 of a tank of gas in it and were expected to return it with 1/4 of a tank. This location is absolutely terrible. DONT GO HERE.

The van was quite dirty and the lot was not plowed particularly well so finding a place to park it when done was difficult.

Originally thought I had booked a 10’ truck and was confirmed for a 15’- not terrible, but also not ideal. I wanted the 10’ due to the space I had on a one way street (I got stuck in the snow and bad to dig myself out setting me back 2 hours on my move) and so that my things weren’t moving around inside the vehicle. I rented moving blankets online which I did not receive, and they had no dollies on site (or any other moving materials really), overall... meh, don’t really expect anything more from Toronto

After a massive snow storm one would assume that the parking lot where the vehicles are stored would be plowed, but instead there was one lone employee attempting to clear the entire lot with a BROKEN SNOW SHOVEL. Getting the truck out of the lot was almost impossible because the area was not properly cleared. The back tires on the vehicle have almost no traction on them, we got stuck twice and had to flag down passersby to offer a push. When we returned the vehicle the parking area had still not been cleared. It was not possible to get the van into the lot because of the poor tires and the amount of snow, so the employee advised us to leave it where it was, as far as we could get it into the lot, which meant it was blocking the sidewalk. Not only is this a bylaw infraction but people with disabilities REQUIRE clear sidewalks to get around, not sidewalks that are blocked with a van. The weather is clearly beyond anyone's control, but not having a plow come in to clear the lot, 24 hours after the snow has stopped, is ridiculous. Giving one employee a broken snow shovel to clear two feet of snow with is ridiculous. Renting out vehicles with bald tires is hugely unsafe. Leaving vehicles abandoned on sidewalks is illegal. I will never use this location again. This is legitimately one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life.

Please don't let costumers book dollys online for no reason. It is very unprofessional to tell a customer (who is moving furniture among other heavy things) - that dollys are first come first serve when they are listed as 'booked' on the website. My suggestion is: - Either remove that option from the website and clearly state that dollys are first come/first serve. OR - Allow costumers to book dollys according to the number of dollys you have. If a customer did not book a dolly - they are not entitled to receive on the same day. i.e. Make dollys only available for online booking. The staff are friendly and nice- but not impressed by the structure of the service here. ESPECIALLY considering that we are in Canada and live in a country covered in snow.

Cars do not have winter tires or any winter equipment to provide more security. It seems so easy to make money this way.

The truck was dirty inside, cigarette smoke, ash and garbage. The attendant, while courteous and friendly, did not check the truck when I returned it, and did not give me a receipt with information such as mileage, gas tank level, etc., so I have no idea what the final charge will be. I use Uhaul because the location is good for me and the vehicles have been in good shape mechanically, but I could wish for some improvements in these other items.

The employee wouldn't do an inspection of the van with me before giving me the key. Got a dirty van with garbage and empty bottles inside, and a low-pressure tire. I will not go back to this location and I may consider looking at Budget or Discount the next time I need to rent a vehicle.

There was a lot of garbage and old food left in the front of my truck. Otherwise the service was excellent and everything went well.

Staff was great but problems = vehicle, prep and that office. Vehicle had a check engine light the whole ride; pretty sure it was burning oil too. Prep it was at the back of the lot covered in snow when I showed up. Rental office heating was broken in -10F weather (poor staff!)
