A complete nightmare in a parking lot all day

Izza DWhen I arrived in the pickup location there was no instruction how I will get the truck. I spoke to a representative and helped me by calling the location but didn't get an appropriate answer. When I called the number that the representative gave me, the lady just said I'll be late and hang up rightaway. They were 30mins late and was saying she sent a message to all 11am appointment but I didn't get any message from her. The truck I used was not even clean as there was used water bottles and the truck was dirty. Really a bad experience with them
