BOBIRZHON RCalled ahead and told cargo van rental available. I arrived soon after and was greeted promptly and professionally. Rental process on both pick up and drop off was quite easy. I will use this facility for future rental needs.
JERI OI was told that my truck would be available for pickup at 8 am but the location did not open until 10 am. Not sure where the issue resides but needs to be resolved for future renters
Douglas WMy reservation gave me an address at a different location for pick-up. Then I was told it was at Torrance self-Storage. The location is difficult to find but the process went smoothly and no issues with the truck.
