THe UHaul arrived damaged, and the cupholders were dirty. The top-back corner of the vehicle was damaged. Also, the passenger pillar had 2 holes in it. It was difficult to get the UHaul out of the rental facility, and there was large debris behind one of the tires. I had to remove this debris before I could reverse out of this location. The person who gave me the keys took a long time to meet me and give me the OK to take the keys.
