There were no signs that this address has any U-Haul service at all. In a small village of Tracy CA, all we could see at the address was a bowling alley and a diner. Nowhere was any signs posted at all about the presence of U-Haul service, which was in the rear of the building in the back side. It was a horrible experience as we were sure we were lost. We called customer service and after 15 mins they insisted the location address was right and that drop box for the key is there but could not help us locate the U Haul parking area at that address. We had to literally scout the parking lot around the building at night on foot to locate the parking area around midnight. Very stressful experience.
