I ordered and was charged for an appliance dolly - I received a regular dolly that I could not use yet was still charged for it. The man at this location did not seem to fully understand the system. It took him 30 minutes to give me the truck - it was a faster return. The location is convenient however the merchant was not great and struggled with issuing me the truck. Blaming it on his internet. 30 minutes is far too long in an empty store.

Linda LWas way out of my way to go that far for a truck..downtown trenton would have been my closest ut you sent me 1.9 km out of my way and then offered me 50c km that I also dis not get.
Lloyd MI was overcharged 40 dollars from what my bill was to my credit card. I have rented from you on more the one occasion and will probably look for another company next time.
