I am writing to formally dispute a cleaning fee on my recent rental and to report a highly unprofessional experience at your facility on 01.22.2026 Despite arriving for our 08:30 pickup at approximately 09:00, the location was locked and unattended, even though "Open" signs were prominently displayed in the window. After several unanswered calls to the numbers on the door, a representative finally returned our call and attempted a phone check-in. • Faulty Equipment: The lockbox code provided did not work. • Lack of Support: The staff member sent to assist us—who was "right up the road"—did not know where the lockbox was located and struggled significantly to remove the lock himself. • Significant Delay: Due to these failures, we were unable to leave with the vehicle until almost 10:00, wasting an hour of our scheduled time. We returned the vehicle in the same condition it was received and placed the keys in the drop-off box. However, I have just received a receipt including a clean-up fee charge. U-Haul policy typically requires photo evidence of the condition to justify such fees. I request that this fee be removed immediately. This experience has been incredibly inconvenient, and the lack of care for customers is disappointing. I strongly urge you to reconsider the partnership with this location as a U-Haul dealer. I look forward to your prompt response. I would not refer this location to anyone.

I’ll never use again. I was charger for equipment that I turned in Early and my money was taken days before Christmas. never using this Sorry service again.. and my money STILL HAS NOT CAME BACK . Be expecting my call . Plus the over draft fee I was additionally charged ..
