Had to call 4 different numbers to find out how to drop it off. Sign said open and it was during open hours but they were not. Charged us a cleaning fee even though we dropped it off cleaner than when we picked it up

The customer service was terrible, the equipment I had rented wasn’t available, there wasn’t an associate at the location even though it said it was open, when I contacted the U-HAUL representative to inform them I needed to change my reservation they directed me with what to do and the next day called back and said that I needed to move the trailer back to the location where I picked it up or I would be charged a hefty fee, and the icing on the cake was when I called to clear this up with another person that worked with U-HAUL, they were very rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and very very disrespectful.
Justin BWhen I went and got the U-Haul the gas was sitting at a quarter tank of gas when I returned it it was sitting at almost a half a tank of gas I drove it four miles that is it they charged me $45 when I went and got it when I returned it they charged me another 85 on top of the 45 I will not be back and I will tell other people do not go there it is a joke now I see if I drove it far and kept it but I only went 4 miles
Carlos RWe dropped off the trailer as soon as we arrived on the area, it was easier for us when we arrived at our new home. There was no attendant on duty. Dropped off the rental truck the next day, once again, no attendant on duty. This has nothing to do with Uhaul, it's the property owner. The self drop off process went very well with the help of a knowledgeable Uhaul customer service representative.
David WPicked up truck on Sunday at 1 30 pm, returned Monday night at 7 40. It was only driven in town with low mileage and my total cost was $277.99. The receipt I got email showed it was returned Tuesday night at 7 42. The reason for that is because the business didn't show up for work Monday and didn't check the truck in until Tuesday night. I'm owned some kind of refund
