First of all, we were to pick up truck and toy hauler in Madisonville… Then told to pickup in Huntsville… they did not have toy hauler. My husband and a friend then drove to Trinity. Left our house at noon that day and got back at 4:30 pm. And we had movers waiting on us!!! Thank goodness the Trinity location had a trailer to haul a side by side Mule. We would have been in deep trouble. Don’t schedule trucks/equipment if the location isn’t going to pan out!!! Second time we have used Uhaul in the past three months and both times had to drive elsewhere. If we had to do over again, just hire movers.
PAMELA DThe inside of the truck was gross. Even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking vehicle it was clear that someone did smoke as they left behind ask on the steering wheel console and a cigarette butt in a cup holder.
