For my very first time using U-Haul, everything went great
AMANDA VBecause of picking up truck on a Sunday, needed to use 24x7 service. We had trouble because the person making reservation was different than person picking up the truck. Needed to contact customer service for help because the app was not working. I wish we would have known there was going to be a problem with this so the person placing the order was the same as the person picking up the truck. Spent about 30 minutes picking up the truck which should not have been necessary.
WILLIAM TEverything was simple and efficient. Pickup and drop-off were hassle free and I would use this location again.
