The owner started off by asking “Are you driving this truck, it’s a big s truck for you” I’m a woman. The implication was that I’m a woman therefore I should t be able to drive a truck. That was sexist comment to make. He overcharged me for gas that I replaced before bringing the truck back. I did call customer service, it was reviewed, and corrected. The only reason I used this location was due to the proximity and there were roaches at another location inside trucks.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo issues with the pick up location. However, the constant calls and changing of my pick up location was quite annoying and inconvenient. Lastly, the truck check engine light is on.
Chris SI liked that the service was quick, dependable, and they went above and beyond to resolve my issue! I do wish that my U-Haul truck was a bit better maintained but aside from that I did not have any other concerns with this location. The service was great and I would highly recommend!
