I came with a bunch of anxiety. I never had drove anything that big before. My only thinking for improvement would be to have a educational video for comfort that gives a few tips. The stickers on the inside helped as reminders. Once I got over myself everything went great!

When I arrived to pick up the truck I reserved they didn't have one.
HAROLD WThe only issue I had was with U-HAUL's technology/ app which is no fault of this U-HAUL location. I was able to rent the exact type of vehicle I needed for the job on very short notice and the gentleman at the counter was quick to help finish up the rental process that I was unable to complete through the app and do so in a fast and friendly manner. I would have no reservations about using this location in the future if I needed to rent another vehicle.
Bryan RI have no suggestions for improvement of the service received at Parcels Express. However, the ads on the rental vehicles of $19.99 per day is completely misleading. This is a poor advertising gimmick and raises a trust issue.
