Josh KYou’ll need to have someone on site. I had a pick up time of 130 and I was able to finally get my rental almost 2 1/2 hours later. After several, and I mean several phone calls to the company offices in my location, which were two of them and to Home Office being transferred several times. This was a headache to say the least. No one was in office when I came to pick up could not get in touch with anyone at that office. Had to call another location which then told me they would call me back that took another 30 minutes to an hour very altogether, this was an inefficient rental. It caused more problems than may have been worth it as far as the equipment. The truck was fine there and back no problems plenty of room for what I needed to move. Just gonna probably use another location because the attendant was not very dependable and I had filled out all the required information so that all I had to do was pick up at 1:30. When I finally got to talk with the sales agent, he had to completely redo my order which made no sense considering these were things taken care of in lieu of a tight schedule. This was the Trussville Alabama location off of Highway 11.
