Nothing bad about this location. The reservation was for a 20’ truck and we got a 26’ truck. This was not this location fault but the reservation system. We got notified a day prior that our in town location could not provide a 20’ truck. We were offered two other locations out of town. The reservation team was very accommodating but we still had to pay more for a bigger truck

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was switched to this drop off location by U-Haul. Not a clear U-Haul signage. Not an the entrance of the shop. It was 10am and not open. No clear instructions on what to do. I had to call U-Haul customer service for guidance.
