The app was awful. Every function we tried to do didn’t work and we had to call support multiple times just to pick up and return.

Corey SThe guy at the store was of no help. Didn’t know how the mobile U haul renting process works. I was left stranded for over an hour.
Vivekanand Rmuch better than the re-location first assigned which was many miles further away. I didn't appreciate being moved from Redmond/Kirkland up to shoreline for a morning pickup on a weekday. But at least Woodville kept me out of most traffic.
Paul HLocation had no rental information. I was there and on my own. On line sign oiut was extreamly difficult. Conflicting information from on line help. Took more than an hour with on line help.
