The guy at the store was of no help. Didn’t know how the mobile U haul renting process works. I was left stranded for over an hour.
Vivekanand Rmuch better than the re-location first assigned which was many miles further away. I didn't appreciate being moved from Redmond/Kirkland up to shoreline for a morning pickup on a weekday. But at least Woodville kept me out of most traffic.
Paul HLocation had no rental information. I was there and on my own. On line sign oiut was extreamly difficult. Conflicting information from on line help. Took more than an hour with on line help.
Jim OCheck out process was difficult and not straight forward. Took over an hour. Personnel at location had no idea and were rude.
