If a reservation is placed at one location and I am forced to pick up at a farther location, I should not be charged the mileage difference.

David SLocation was poorly lit with no staff present. It was after hours- so I didn't expect anyone there, but better lighting would make the area feel safer. I don't understand why the app didn't let me choose how many hours to rent the truck for.
