This was my first time using a U-Haul and when I asked questions about missing equipment on the auto transport I was instructed to go to Harbor Freight and pick up the necessary equipment on my own. I contacted a different U-Haul place and they helped me. I was told to contact U-Haul roadside assistance. They changed a stressful situation for me into a non stressful situation. They replaced the missing equipment and we were on our way. I would definitely use U-Haul again for my moving.
