Mike was extremely helpful with his part of the process. When rental was confirmed, I was told truck and trailer turn in and storage unit were the same location. Had to leave the trailer, was sent to a storage location that didn't have any units large enough before finally getting sent to another facility with a unit big enough. The staff at the 3rd location were very helpful. This all took place after I had been on the road for 10 hours. Poor coordination

Laura MVery pleasant staff, but poorly marked location & no main entrance. Thankful there was a phone number to contact the staff, otherwise wouldn’t have known where to drop it off
John BThis was my first time using a U-Haul and when I asked questions about missing equipment on the auto transport I was instructed to go to Harbor Freight and pick up the necessary equipment on my own. I contacted a different U-Haul place and they helped me. I was told to contact U-Haul roadside assistance. They changed a stressful situation for me into a non stressful situation. They replaced the missing equipment and we were on our way. I would definitely use U-Haul again for my moving.
