these are the nicest people in the world. they are so sweet and human. I would definitely recommend them. even if things are not perfect you never feel stressed out. the truck did lock itself with the key in it which could have been a real headache and was a pain but it all worked out. I definitely recommend that you get the safe move though because that really helped and you never know what can happen to a vehicle even if you are super careful. Here i got locked out automatically and the car go hurt on the street and it only cost the insurance and 150 deductible. could have cost a whole 1000 more and none was my fault (and a load of stress.)

Vincent MTire pressure was low on truck and uhaul told the very pleasant man who processed the rental that it’s ok and to not be concerned. That could certainly be dangerous. Not the guys fault at all, he was excellent
