The unit was clean and served it’s purpose for my needs, but needs a lift jack on tongue to raise and lower it, had to lift it manually off the ground
Gable MEverything was great I don't see anything that needs to be improved only maybe to offer a military discount. I would use this U-Haul location again. The staff was very friendly and informative.
