I didn’t like the drop off location. Because it was too far to go to return it. I was in puyallup and had to go way south to return the truck. It would have been more convenient to return it in puyallup. Otherwise it was a good experience

Website for this location should note that self return is not possible on Sundays since the gate is locked. We drove 20 additional miles only to find out we couldn’t do self return on Sunday. Manager didn’t seem to understand and told me that UHaul was just her side gig, so she wasn’t up on UHaul policies.
Colleen BExcellent experience at this location. Quick & easy. Unfortunately, this location opens at 10:00 a.m. and set us back a couple of hours from our planned start time.
