Rented from a White River location and had to go to Tunbridge to get truck. Why didn't U-haul move the truck?

Whitney SCell phone coverage may be second nature to most people in other parts of the country but Vermont still has pockets of no service. Blakemans towing is in one of those pockets, and while they provide Internet service for the customers the uhaul app expects more. Instructions coming on via cell phone after the customer has left the location is one example.
STUART LMake sure there is oil life and allot more mileage, I was allotted 131miles and I went 20 miles over because the contract only allowed me 9 miles extra. Not a pleasant experience at all.
