Never using UHaul again. I was overcharged $400+ extra for returning truck back to Tupelo. After being told by Brandon, the UHaul area manager, that we must return the truck back to Tupelo. He said there would be no additional fee for the return trip. Just that he needed the truck for another rental in a few days. I was charged what he initially quoted and then the next day charged $400 in additional fees. He then lied when I called him on it. Suffice to say, I won’t be using UHaul again.
