At the initial drop off, no one was at the site to help me stage and detach the trailer, which was fine. But when forgot to leave paperwork and came back next day. There was a gentleman there and he was more than polite. Didn't catch his name, but struck me as someone who would have been most helpful if he had been around on my first visit.
