They overcharged me. I got charged two times. The total charge was higher than price on the receipt they emailed me. Its a hassle to call and dispute extra charge but I have to because I am on a tight budget and those 140 dollars. Everything else was good.

Joan THave lift on the larger trucks. Also you can provide ties to better secure items (refrigerator, washer/dryers, ect...) in the truck. As consumers we're forced to purchase items we'd otherwise not have a use for. I love your company, used you many times,5 just wish you'd give some little "convenient" extras to your customers. Thank you!! Btw, Aman, the gentleman who took care of us was absolutely awesome!! Friendly, considerate, answered all my questions, overall... Wonderful!!!!
