brenda jDrop off was a mess. Guy at location said to just unhook the trailer out front and write my information down to get checked in. 5 days later, trailer was still not “received”. Call the drop off location 50+ times with two separate numbers online, left multiple messages, no answer. U-Hauls initial suggestion was drive to the location, that is 6 hours away. Fortunately my wife was uneasy at the drop off and took pictures showing it was left at the location. I would prefer to not use this location again.
