It wasn’t the location that was bad, my horrible experience came from the following. My initial pickup location was Albany, GA, the moved my pick up location to Cordele which was fine only 30 mins away from the initial location. I get to Cordele after traveling from Atlanta only for them to tell me they don’t have any trucks. I proceeded to call customer service where they said o that location don’t have any trucks but you can go North and get one from Unadilla, so I had to go back 21 miles North which I had just came through there to get to the Cordele location only to have to come back to Albany. It was the absolute worst experience. However the associates at all location except for the return location was excellent.
