The taillights did not work. My options were to go to another U-Haul store or call for field service. The amount of time spent to correct the problem caused problems for my schedule. Also, I was told I could have the trailer for one week because I needed additional time and couldn't off-load the trailer immediately. The contract said 3 days, and I should have caught it, but when I asked the attendant about the amount of time to have the trailer, nothing was said. Poorly handled.
GREGORY BI was charged a $40 late fee even though I dropped it off on time. I was never told about doing an online drop off check list
