RICHARD KThis is the second time I've run it from this location within a month I do the rental online before I get there and when you get there the Indian gentleman behind the counter always add safe move insurance and don't tell you about it don't give you any printouts or anything I've already called customer service once this is a scam at this location it's getting to the point where I should rent a couple more times to see if it would happen and then reach out to the Attorney General's office for the state of Pennsylvania for an attorney to sue
