The employees did nothing to help, took no pictures or made sure it was legal. Worst experience ever.

Ronald RThey tell you to take a pic of the mileage before you take off which I did(152390) just to tell me that’s not what they have on their end and told me I went 88 more miles then the 60 that I guessed in order to make my reservation. I also took a pic of the mileage when I returned it(152428). I went a total of 38 miles. They charge $1.09 per mile…so to not have the correct info at the beginning messes everything up. Then he kept saying I’ll give u a $20 refund I’m like ur not giving me anything that’s my money and it should technically be $25-$30. It was a terrible experience and I will not recommend it to my friends. I will be watching my account to make sure they don’t add anything extra on because I will be disputing it with my bank and I have all the proof.
KIARA MGas tank was empty when we picked it up. Seat belts didn’t work. However, the staff at the front desk were nice and friendly. Also spoke with Ruth on the phone and she was amazing
