Drop the card off on a Sunday they were closed. Had no way of notifying them till Monday. Tried calling Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday no answer no return call. I returned the car the same day I rented it and was charged for seven extra days which I still have not got my money back. What a piece of crap company. I will do everything on media platform. Make sure the public is aware of this contacted U-Haul multiple times they keep assuring me they’ll take care of it.Lol

Out of my whole moving experience, my U-haul rental was the most stressful and unpleasant. I reserved a U-haul rental on May 10th, I reserved my rental to be picked up on May 30th at a Kirksville, MO location...where I was living. I made my reservation early to ensure that I would have the location and U-haul that I requested. The day before I was supposed to pick up my U-haul the location was changed to Unionville, MO. Which is about a 45 min to an hour drive outside of where I live. Then I was informed "And don't worry, we increased the cost of your U-haul to compensate for the extra mileage you'll be driving to pick it up". That was incredibly frustrating to find out last minute that not only was I going to have to drive almost an hour outside of my area but that I was now going to be charged more for that. When I got to the U-haul place, my reservation was to pick up at 1:30pm, I didn't get out of there until almost 2:30pm because the U-haul hadn't been returned yet and the person working did not seem to know much of what he was doing. I asked him if there was a dolly in the U-haul b/c I had ordered one. He said there was. The U-haul smelled like pee which also was not pleasant. I drove the hour back to my house only to find out there was NOT an appliance dolly. I also did not realize the U-haul did not have any ramps. I had to drive to the Kirksville location to obtain a dolly for my U-haul. All of this put me almost 3 hours behind on being able to start moving. For almost $400 I was not pleased at all with my experience.
Jaimee MGot charged 50$ in over due fees even though I turned the trailer in on time the day it was due because of negligent employees not reporting that the equipment had been returned will never go there again.
