My reservation was made using the phone app. It offered and and wanted a 4-wheel furniture dolly. When I picked up the truck and equipment, I was told the site did not have the furniture dolly. Fortunately for me, my situation had changed and I did not need the dolly. Had my situation not changed, that would have been very unhappy for me.

Truck had leaks in the box. And the cab leaked. The box leaked up in the mom's attic and also somewhere in the middle of box. Ruined some of my stuff.

NICHOLE HRecently moved to the area and was downsizing from a house to apartment. Needed a moving truck to haul the excess household items over to climate controlled storage. Had an issue with my reservation with Penske that left me hanging at the last minute in a very dire situation. Contacted this location and they were able to figure a way to help me out. Overall experience was excellent. Customer service was top notch. Will continue to go here for any future moving vehicle needs.
