I elected to check in and out without the app. I arrived at 4:30 pm. It took me until 5:20 to depart because the vendor wanted me to use the app. I was having problems uploading the photos. Upon my return, the vendor took my keys and asked me to look at his computer, saying I was late. Yes, my reservation time was 4:30 pm, but I left at 5:20 pm. When I returned at 11:05, he said I was late and had a problem with checking me in. He said it was my job because I disagreed with him about being late. He gave me the keys to the truck and said I needed to use the app to check in. I put the key in the drop-off box and left. While driving home, he attempted to charge my card for an extra hour two times. I will NEVER go to that location EVER again. UHAUL needs to dissociate itself from that vendor.

This U-Haul rental location is a fraud! I picked up my reservation and returned it all in the same day at a $19.00/ Daily Rate. Before returning the keys, I filled the rental up at “Xtra Gas Station” which is also the U-Haul rental location. The following day, I had an additional $145.00 charge along with, an initial $75.00 charge. I was told by Customer service I returned the Truck with only 1/16 gallons of fuel. Now if the fuel was that low, an alert for “Low Fuel” should have been displayed (A Lie!). Now I have to dispute these additional charges to get a refund. STAY AWAY FROM U-HAUL AT XTRA GAS STATION!
