I was told I can pick up at 7 am but told can’t rent truck until 9 am after taking $50 cab. After calling the boss they helped but was a lot of hassle.

I had to park the UHaul due to the cashier being the only one there. There should have been at least two people in the store. There was one person trying to handle multiple customers wanting multiple services.

john HRental proses took a long time and there was no jack for the trailer so I was left to lift it to hook up alone
