Desk staff was helpful and polite. We had some good chat and laughs while checking out the truck. Garage staff listened when I returned the truck and mentioned the alignment might be off. Great people!! Will use again in the future.

MARK BI rented at Wooten Automotive at 912 Main St. In Urbana Ohio. We were assisted by Julie. Julie was AMAZING! I first gave her my debit card to pay for our transaction BY MISTAKE so I had to ask her to re-do the entire transaction so I could use my credit card instead. She was a trooper and did this for me gracefully! Everything else with the rental went GREAT!
