The hours posted here said that they open at 10, and that was the time we were there to pick up the U-Haul. No one was there, my dad had to call the guy, and he didn’t get there until an hour after the selected pick up time. There shouldn’t be posted hours if they aren’t the actual hours.

was fine great gettting it but when returned to other location urich mo. i called them to tell them took back day early that was sunday on wensday uhaul text me they were going to carge me for no return had to call springfield and fix or i hope they did.
