Took forever to find my reservation that was moved to a different location by U-Haul. The trailer was parked in such a way you couldn’t get out due to traffic on the retail lot. The attendant didn’t know how to hook up. There was no jack included with trailer and when she got one, no clear indication on where it went safely to raise the trailer to hook up. The safety chains were at an improper end connection for my truck and it took over an hour to just get a trailer out of the lot.
