The location was not open despite posted hours. Difficulty contacting local dealer multiple times by phone. Upon return, server was not working (U-Haul.com) to use the 24/7 online return function. And location was closed, phone number provided was not answered by U-Haul or local dealer.

This pickup was the smoothest in awhile with you. Carter prepaid had everything stage for pick up.
Jarrett NI wasn't satisfied being moved from Carters Pre paid to affordable tire. Affordable tire didn't have a 26 ft trailer and it put me behind in my moving. Uhual dropped the ball Friday.
