I was given a trailer that had tire bubbles. I went from Ga to Ny. The trailer was squeaky and I thought it was just U-Haul as always, lol I called roadside assistance. They came, took the trailer for a day, problem solved with the defects. I was given extra time for being inconvenienced. B& G pallet, in Valdosta Ga did not read the new contract and charged me for 2 extra days. Read Your computers and updates on current customers. Never using Them again. Stay away from this company trying to make extra income by renting bad trailers.The staff at U-Haul corporate was excellent!! Can’t say the same about pallet liquidators .
