While this location was nice, I'm not happy with my experience with u-haul. My reservation was originally made for a location in Auburn, AL. The equipment reserved was being used at the time and the people extended their use. Instead of moving equipment around for my reservation they made me travel to two different locations to get my equipment. The place the truck was supposed to be had someone working that didn't know how to do rentals and the supervisor refused to come and do it. Luckily the location with the tow dolly had a truck available. It was half the size we asked for but we were aggravated and desperate. We wasted our time and gas on something that should have been a lot easier.
