Make it easier to rent one way rentals. let any truck or trailer be either a one way or round trip rental. Make the process of returning a rental easier. there are too many steps and time requirements in making a return. Give the local company more flexibility in checking in a rental. Don't tie the return to a time stamp if the return is a day or more early.

The issue every time I get a long distance one way rental, they move the pickup location from where I originally selected. This one was over an hour out of my way each direction, which was very inconvenient.
SEAN GThe only reason for the low score is that there wasn't anyone around to receive yhe trailer and secure it! I called the day before to verify that someone would be there! It was Easter Sunday so I would have understood if I was told otherwise!
