No help in hooking up trailer or parking and disconnecting trailer. Had to wait for someone to confirm proper hook up and take pictures. 45 minutes from start to finish getting trailer.

Have the actual equipment for rent and also check engine light was on. Service by Michele was deplorable and she lied multiple times on recorded call U-HAUL does not care about customer safety
Mark JI will start be noting I really like Senders Ace Hardware, and have been a happy customer for many years. I likely should have requested the manager to discuss my issue upon the return of the truck, so that's on me. I brought the truck back a little less than 30 min late (it was stormy and there was a lot of traffic), and I was charged an extra day rental. I also returned the truck with a few more gallons of gas than when I first rented it. I politely expressed my annoyance about the extra day rental charge to the young man who was checking me out and then asked if he could apply credit for the gas, he just indicated there was nothing he could do. I imagine I should have called ahead to let them know I would be late, but assumed they would work with me. Other than that, the truck was excellent. I appreciate your time...Paul Neal 209-304-4718
PAUL NThe drop off location was excellent. Even though they did not have us on the schedule, they looked into things and helped us. It wasn’t their fault our reservation was incorrect.
Mykal PThis is about uhaul in general, nothing against this place but the day before I was to pick ip I was called and told that I would have to drive 55 minutes to pick up the uhaul at a different location. That’s two hours of extra driving. Not only that, but a week prior I had been also cancelled on the day of. I had family come up to help me and to cancel the day of is ridiculous.
