STEVEN HMake it easier to rent one way rentals. let any truck or trailer be either a one way or round trip rental. Make the process of returning a rental easier. there are too many steps and time requirements in making a return. Give the local company more flexibility in checking in a rental. Don't tie the return to a time stamp if the return is a day or more early.
